Shipping: Most orders placed by 1:00pm(est) for instock items will ship out the same day (except weekends).
Returns:
Most merchandise sold by Supplies Unlimited Inc. is returnable for credit within 7 days of the date of purchase, subject to prior approval. All returns must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Such returns must be accompanied by an RA number. Unused supplies that have been in the customer’s possession for more then 7 days may not be eligible. Merchandise credits will be issued for all returns. Merchandise credits (or credit memos) are good for up to 1(one) year from the date of issue. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. NO CASH REFUNDS.
In the event that a shipping error is made by our staff, unwanted supplies may be returned at our expense, at this time we will issue a call tag. All such returns must be pre-approved. Items returned without preauthorization will not be accepted.
