Return & Refund Policy

At Supplies Unlimited, Inc., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Stock Items

In-stock items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund.

• Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
• Returned items must be in resalable condition.
• Credit card refunds are subject to a processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom-Cut Materials & Substrates

All custom-cut materials, substrates, and specially modified products are non-refundable and non-returnable. No exceptions.

Special Order Items

Most special order items may be eligible for return if they are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• Approved by management prior to return

Approved special order returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please Note:

• No cash or credit card refunds will be issued for special order returns.
• Approved special order returns will receive store credit only.
• Certain special order items may be non-returnable at the manufacturer's discretion.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Business Hours

Our office and warehouse is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

Orders placed before 3PM Eastern Time where merchandise is in stock usually ships the same day.  Most items not in stock are shipped within 3-5 business days.  Any items out of stock will be back-ordered automatically.
