Service Charges & Payment Responsibility
By submitting this Service Request, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for all applicable service charges associated with the evaluation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and/or repair of their equipment.
Service charges may include technician labor, travel, onsite service, in-house service, telephone or remote technical support, diagnostic time, parts, materials, and any other applicable service-related charges.
Technician time and services are billable regardless of whether the equipment is ultimately repaired or the reported issue is fully resolved. Payment is due for services performed and time incurred in diagnosing or attempting to correct the reported issue.
Submission of this Service Request constitutes the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

Stock Items
In-stock items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Returned items must be in resalable condition.
- Credit card refunds are subject to a processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom-Cut Materials & Substrates
All custom-cut materials, substrates, and specially modified products are non-refundable and non-returnable. No exceptions.
Special Order Items
Most special order items may be eligible for return if they are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Approved by management prior to return
Approved special order returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please Note:
- No cash or credit card refunds will be issued for special order returns.
- Approved special order returns will receive store credit only.
- Certain special order items may be non-returnable at the manufacturer's discretion.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Our office and warehouse is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
Orders placed before 3PM Eastern Time where merchandise is in stock usually ships the same day. Most items not in stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. Any items out of stock will be back-ordered automatically.
